We take a variety of different styles of working out, such as weight training, TRX, kettle bells, jump ropes, elastic bands, push ups, sit ups, etc., and do a mixed workout. You don't have to be at any specific fitness level to join in. We cater the workout to where you are fitness wise. It truly is functional training AND a great workout to boot!
